FURUISE EUROPE offers a wide range of tanks designed for the safe and efficient storage of cryogenic liquids with the aim of ensuring the optimum work at the installation of which the tank will be a part.
Our “LOW BOIL OFF” vacuum technology, allow increasing at maximum the holding time of our tanks. With this technology, you can improve the retention of boil off in an efficiency way. Thanks to it, now is not necessary to excessively increase the working pressure to compensate boil off.
We remind that is especially important to control boil off as smaller is the storage capacity of the tank. From our experience, in all our units under 30m3 we apply the highest level of “LOW BOIL OFF” vacuum technology.
We offer the possibility of manufacturing vacuum-insulated tanks from 1 m3 of up to 1,100 m3 with a piping design suitable for the greatest convenience of the end user.
The equipment is delivered in accordance with the current EN 13458 standard and with the PED 2014/68/EU directive, with the option of delivery under ASME U-Stamp standards, as well as a detailed Quality Manual where you can have tracking of all tests performed.
QUADRUPLE TESTED Inner tank, including 100% radiographic tests, and DOUBLE TESTED external tank in order to be at highest quality and safety level standards, and to support the longest possible life of the tank.
Piping with high flexibility design, and external side protected with a total covering of 150 µm DTM, are part of our advantages. We can extend our range of optional extras according to the client’s requests, with the possibility of maximum adaptation to the needs of each project under specific order.
